Are there redelivery or remaking fees when a delivery fails?

We make every possible effort to deliver orders to their desired destinations, but there are certain instances when deliveries may be rendered unsuccessful due to customer/recipient error.

Upon being contacted, customer service will offer to re-ship the returned item subject to a re-shipping fee, the amount of which will vary depending on the destination and contents of the order. For example, if the original order contains perishable items such as flowers or fruits, a fee will be charged to facilitate the remaking/replacement of such items that can not be reused or resold.

Customers are not entitled to refunds for undeliverable orders.
